Rock wool board packs are heat-shrink wrapped on pallets. Normal rock wool board production and delivery time is 7-15 days, with TT, LC, and Western Union accepted. For large projects we can arrange weekly partial shipments so the rock wool board arrives on site in step with your installation schedule, reducing storage needs and protecting the boards from moisture before use.

Exterior wall insulation boards are commonly specified against EN 13162 for factory-made mineral wool products, EN 13501-1 for reaction-to-fire classification, and ASTM C612 for board-type thermal insulation. Key parameters to confirm on the datasheet are thermal conductivity (typically 0.036-0.040 W/(m·K) at 25°C), compressive strength at 10% deformation (40 kPa or higher for render systems), tensile strength perpendicular to faces (7.5-15 kPa depending on the system), water repellency (hydrophobic treatment with short-term water absorption below 1 kg/m²), and dimensional stability.

For mechanical fixing, pull-through resistance of the anchor against the board surface should also be tested. EcoIn provides full test reports with every shipment, including third-party certificates, so your local building authority can verify compliance before installation begins. Custom sizes outside the standard 600 x 1200 mm format are available on request for special facade layouts.
