Aluminum coil with polysurlyn is a factory-laminated protective jacketing used on pipe and equipment insulation in refineries, petrochemical plants, and HVAC systems. EcoIn supplies aluminum coil with polysurlyn in alloy 1060, 3003, and 3105, with a heat-bonded 3-mil polysurlyn moisture barrier, in 0.4–1.2 mm thickness, in smooth, stucco embossed, or corrugated finishes.
EcoIn Aluminum Jacketing has a bare outer surface and comes standard with a 3-mil thick polysurlyn moisture barrier heat-laminated to the interior surface to help prevent galvanic corrosion by contact of dissimilar metals in the presence of moisture.
