For item 2, we apply new technology to avoid aluminum foil peals off. Check below picture. Most of Chinese facotries use 3-4 glues to paste the foil onto glass wool. Ours is full stick technology, glue is spread evenly on the aluminum foil.
For item 3, we can do as low as 16kg, with 25mm thickness, but as per client feedback with the sample, 20kg density will be better, can largely avoid holes appear. So 20kg density is recommended for making insulated ducts.
