Products General Description
Fiberglass needle product felt is primarily used for fireproofing, thermal insulation, sound absorption, and noise reduction. It finds extensive applications in aerospace, maritime, automotive, construction, petroleum pipelines, household appliance insulation, and silencer manufacturing, among other fields.
Products General Description
1.A fire resistance, the chief chemical weapons is an excellent insulation material.
2.Brew small, high security water can effectively prevent condensed into dew.
3.Compressed restore rates, temperature shock.
4.The void fraction is high, excellent sound-absorbing nature.
5.Low rate of contraction in the high-temperature long life.
6.The low rate is good insulation materials(10mm thick needle mat equivalent to 50mm thick other heat preservation material).
7.The maximum use temperature is 710°C
8.Processed into barrelled, wind resistant fine.
9.Tailoring unique bending sexual favour
10.Non-binder. 11.Do not contain any harmful substances, not decay, meet environmental requirements.
Applications
1.The shipbuilding industry, steel, aluminium, petrochemical, power, chemical piping heat preservation insulating materials.
2.The auto exhausts system, engine lid, benches, insulated soundabsorbing materials.
3.Construction: On the roof, walls, floor panels, elevator shaft insulated sound- absorbing materials.
4.Air conditioning, appliances (dishwasher, microwave ovens breadmachine etc) heat preservation insulation materials.
5.Liquid reach mould plastic (AZDEL) and polypropylene films thin (GMT) to stop.
6.Machinery, electronics, generating set sound-ab-sor bing insulation materials.
7.The industrial furnace hot working equipment heat preservation insulation materials.
