EcoIn R value insulation has below features:
1. With ultra-long and ultra-fine fiber, each fiber has a water-repellent rate of 99%, effectively prevent the negative impact of moisture in the environment on thermal insulation performance.The thermal conductivity reaches 0.032(W/m·k).
2. The product adopts the all-enveloping coating design, which effectively solves the problems of fiber floc, slag falling and falling in construction.It can also prevent moisture and dust from entering the fiber body to ensure the best long-term thermal insulation and sound absorption performance of the glass wool.
3. The front waterproof vapor barrier and the back hole sound-absorbing layer can both achieve A level flame retardant. It’s anti-aging, and can achieve the same life as the building. Waterproof vapor barrier layer can effectively improve the air tightness of buildings and prevent the penetration of cold and hot air.
4. The side can be fixed on the keel by nail at the distance of every 20cm. It prevents the fiber sliding problem caused by earth’s gravity, earth self-rotation and wind.
5. Fiber diameter is 5~6 um, it can ensure good rebound rates, achieving excellent thermal resistance (R value) and sound absorption effect.
6. The width and length can be prefabricated, effectively improving the site construction speed and the comfort level of construction personnel.Work efficiency improved significantly.
